Casting Capabilities
Inception in 1995 with registered capital of 20 Million RMB, building area are 12000 square meters, the existing staff of 120 people, including 15 more engineering technical personnels. With monthly production capacity of 1,500 tons sand casting and 80 tons investment castings products.
Company have 12 sets of wax injection machines and fit up lines, 4 lines for shell and drying, 3 * 2 medium frequency furnaces and all kinds of casting post treatment equipment, can meet all the requests for the product producing. Main products are all kinds of casting components for valve, pump, food & beverage industries, agriculture machineries and all kinds of customized components, whatever a single part or the series components of the entire product; Also provide components final assembly as well as requested function test etc.
Applied computer software such as UG¡¢SolidWorks to design and develop new products, and use the AnyCasting and Magma to do the solidification simulation operation.
Material include: all kinds of carbon and stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, Monel alloy, Hastelloy C alloy, Nonferrous alloys such as copper alloys and other special alloy.
Conform to: Chinese GB standard, American ASTM and ASME standard, German DIN standard, JIS standard.
