Our CNC machining workshop has a team with many years of experience in precision machining and high standard CNC parts, there are more than 10 senior engineers and 30 professional technicians, inspector and operators together to guarantee the product quality and schedule.
In this independent workshop, there are more than 40 sets of various machining and processing equipment such as vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, four-axis machining centers, high-speed drilling centers, full-skill CNC lathes, mill-turning and milling composite, grinding machines and so on. With the support of our partners in different area, we are able to provide the one -stop service from raw material to completed treated product, with the product minimum tolerance can meet +/- 0.001 mm.
At present, apart from our own casting products, we are also undertaking the machining and other businesses of enterprises in various industries at home and abroad, which are widely used in filling and packaging lines, food and beverage lines,semiconductors, automated production lines, medical equipment, agricultural machinery, special equipment, electronics, automobiles, new energy, etc.
The product material cover all kinds of casting iron, casting steel, stainless steel and alloy, including aluminum, copper and other alloys. Our machining capabilities was not limit to the raw material shape and product size, from 10mm to 1000 mm components, no matter these made from cast, forge, or plate, bar, block, tube or pipe, all these we can handle it without any difficult.
